Pick-up
The day has finally come for you to take your little guy, or gal, home! Picking up your puppy directly from our farm is certainly the recommended method. However, we know that this is sometimes not always possible so we offer several different options. If you do decide to pick up your puppy from our farm, please understand that there will be measures taken to ensure our farm stays clean and free from outside diseases. Once you arrive, you will be asked to thoroughly wash your hands and arms before entering our puppy area. We will also provide shoe covers to ensure that nothing is transmitted from the bottom of your shoes. This is the same protocol that our veterinarian takes when she makes a farm visit for the puppy well checks. Thank you for your understanding and your effort in helping make sure our farm remains safe for our puppies and their parents.
Spokane Washington Airport (GEG) Pick-Up
We believe that this is a great option if you're not able to pick up your puppy directly from our farm. We are excited to offer this convenience at no extra charge to you, even though the airport is not necessarily around the corner from us. We are 1.5 hours from the Spokane Washington International Airport, but we will be happy to meet you there to avoid putting your puppy on a plane in the cargo area. This way, your puppy can fly home with you in the cabin, and the only cost to you would be your round-trip airfare. You can bring your very own airline approved in-cabin kennel, or we'll be happy to provide a new one for you at no extra cost.
Shipping
If you're unable to pick up your puppy or fly into the Spokane Airport, we can ship your puppy through the airlines via cargo. We use Delta or United Airlines unless another airline provides a better route to your local airport. The cost for this service will be between $350-$450, and this will include airfare, the airline approved cargo kennel, and health certificates needed to fly.
Delivery
If you are located within the Pacific Northwest and are interested in delivery, please contact us for more information. Weather permitting, we are happy to meet you or offer delivery within our region. Our reasonable fee will be used to cover expenses that incur including gas, travel time, and extra supplies needed to transport your puppy. We will make stops along the way for potty breaks, feeding and watering, and small playtime sessions. Even during transport, your furry friend will be pampered from the second they leave our farm to the second we place them in your arms.
*Since we live in a region that receives heavy snow and icy weather conditions, this service will not always be available. Regional delivery is based on the time of year and the roads conditions. We will never transport a puppy via driving unless the weather is safe for your puppy, and ourselves, to travel in.
